Sound Beam

 

 

 

What is the Sound Beam?
The hyper sonic Sound Beam Technology is simply the most revolutionary sound reproduction system of this century which allows you to remotely and magically place sound "wherever you want it" up to 300' away by simply "sending" the sound waves through space!

The sound only becomes apparent to the listener when the traveling sound waves have made impact with a surface, be it material, organic, or human. For example, if the Sound Beam is used in a large exhibit space, and aimed in one particular direction (let's say: a product, display, painting, etc., the visitors standing in that immediate area will notice the sound emanating from the surfaces within that targeted area, while others located elsewhere in the space will not be impacted by the otherwise fully radiating sound of a traditional loudspeaker. More to the point, and unlike a parabolic sound focusing device, the Sound Beam is a flat transducer system which can easily and unobtrusively be mounted on ceilings, walls, or floors, aimed to secretly impact the surfaces where the sound is desirable.

Not since the development of the "cone" loudspeaker more than 75 years ago has any technology provided such significant departure from conventional loudspeakers and such a remarkable new approach to the reproduction of sound. The amazing property of the Sound Beam technology is that, if aimed directly at a person's head from several feet away, that person will mysteriously hear voices or musical segments enveloping their head, as if wearing a pair of headsets, and with no apparent sound source in sight! It is therefore possible to specifically target the Sound Beam waves at a wall, floor, furniture, object, or a person, depending on the effect desired.

How does it work? (the technical stuff!)
The basic operating principal of the Sound Beam uses a property of air known as "non-linearity". A normal sound wave (like someone talking) is a small pressure wave that travels through the air. As the pressure goes up and down, the "non-linear" nature of the air itself causes the sound wave to be changed slightly. If you change a sound wave, new sounds (frequencies) are formed within the wave. Therefore, if we know how the air affects the sound waves, we can predict exactly what new frequencies (sounds) will be added into the sound wave by the air itself. An ultrasonic (beyond the range of human hearing) sound wave can be sent into the air with sufficient volume to cause the air to create these new frequencies. Since we cannot hear the ultrasonic sound, we only hear the new sounds that are formed by the non-linear action of the air.

UB-KOOL™

 

 

A NEW POCKET-SIZE ELECTRONIC PERSONAL BODY-COOLING DEVICE USES A BATTERY-OPERATED CHIP THAT CREATES A COMFORTING OR THERAPEUTIC COOLING EFFEC AT THE PUSH OF A BUTTON.

Called "UB-Kool", and about the size of a cell-phone, this totally solid state device uses no chemicals or fluids, yet at the push of a button, a pleasant looking ice-blue convex disc on the surface of UB-Kool instantly begins to lower its temperature, until it literally becomes as cold as a dry ice-cube. If overcome by uncomfortable heat both in and out of doors, one simply places the smooth ice-blue disc against the main artery in the neck, and the device begins to cool the blood flowing through that artery, bringing instant and pleasant comfort to the body as it lowers your temperature. The device can be applied to any other part of the face or body as desired, including cold-therapy applications over damaged muscles or joints during sports injuries for example.

UB-Kool is safe to use, totally self-contained, and does not require any other outside components to operate. Explains IRI CEO Robert Doornick, "the product can be manufactured as a simple battery operated unit, or as a rechargeable battery device which you replace into a charger just like a cell phone. One could also power or recharge the device from car cigarette lighter adapters, just like cell phones." Amazingly, one could also manufacture a similar device which generates both warm and cold temperatures, thanks to the special electronic chip's properties, which cause it to alter its temperature if voltage is applied in reverse.

NEW FLASHLIGHT OFFERS GREATER SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND WITH SWEEPING HIGH-POWER OSCILLATING BEAM TO LIGHT-UP A MUCH WIDER AREA.
